About the China Festival of Education

The Festival of Education, a renowned event created by Wellington College in the UK, is set to return to China in 2024. Aimed at educators, the 7th China Festival of Education will provide an unparalleled platform for teachers to learn, grow and connect with other like-minded individuals in the field of education.

With its tagline, “Where those who inspire find their own inspiration” the Festival promises to be a space where educators can share their innovative ideas, participate in insightful discussions, and engage in activities designed to foster creativity and collaboration.

The China Festival that has gained widespread recognition with its previous editions. The 7th edition is sure to be a valuable experience for teachers in China and the surrounding ASEAN region looking to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of education.

The China Festival of Education is a collaboration between Wellington College International School Shanghai and the curators behind the UK Festival, Wellington College and EducationScape. The Festival of Education was created by Wellington College, a leading school in the UK. It has grown to become one of the most significant education events in the UK with over 5,000 educators accessing over 300 speakers across two days.

Invaluable Content

The China Festival of Education, hosted by Wellington College International School Shanghai, is set to welcome over 50 renowned speakers and more than 850 attendees from the education sector in china and beyond.

Our goal is to create a platform where we can redefine and advance the education discourse, ensuring that we continue to lead, encourage discussion, and showcase what is crucial for our collective future.

Alongside keynote speakers, we will also provide attendees with an array of content covering some of the major topics in education. Our content will divided into strands and sessions.

The Festival is no ordinary education event: Taking inspiration from other well-known art and entertainment festivals, we provide unique content in a relaxed Festival environment.

Set within the stunning grounds of Wellington College International School Shanghai, we will create a relaxed, informal and inspiring learning environment.

Attendees will also have access to street-food catering, open entertainment, and informal seating to ensure that your time away from the stimulating sessions is as enjoyable as possible.
